

On your first visit, you will receive an introduction to EMS training and, together with a personal trainer, you will go through a health declaration to discuss your goals and injuries. After that, you get to change into clothes that you get from us and are offered a body analysis where we measure muscle mass and body fat so that you easily can follow up on your results from the EMS training. Then you’ll train your first 20-minute EMS session together with your personal trainer.
Your first session

You’ll never have to bring anything to your session. After the training, you will receive a towel and hygiene items. After training, we recommend that you drink a lot of water and that you eat a proper meal within the next few hours for optimal recovery and the best results from the training.
Afterwards

It is important that you feel healthy before your visit as the training is high-intensity. In the event of infections, colds, exhaustion or similar temporary limitations, we advise you not to perform EMS training. The training is always tailored to your goals and conditions, both in terms of exercises and the intensity of the electrical impulses. If you have no previous training experience, EMS training is a perfect start as it is highly effective, gentle on the joints, and reduces the risk of overexertion.
